1. Introduction

This policy details how Mokamoji processes data, with a specific focus on facial image data used for our AI features.

2. Face Data Collection & Processing

2.1 No Retention Policy

Mokamoji does not retain, store, or archive face data.

Storage Duration: Face data is stored for 0 seconds on our servers.
Transient Processing: All images are processed strictly in volatile memory (RAM). The data exists only for the duration of the transient API transmission (typically less than 10 seconds) required to generate the analysis result.
Purpose: Data is held solely to perform the real-time AI analysis requested by the user. Once delivered, data is immediately purged from all temporary systems.

2.2 On-Device Processing

Basic facial detection is performed entirely on your device using Google ML Kit. This process happens locally and no facial detection data is transmitted to any server.

3. Third-Party Sharing (Groq AI)

Recipient: Groq Inc. (AI Processing Partner)

Reason for Sharing: To perform the complex AI analysis required for the app’s core functionality.

Retention Practice: Groq Inc. does not store or retain face data beyond the immediate processing of the API request. Data is deleted immediately after the analysis result is generated.
