• Financial or payment information (handled by Google Play/App Store)

• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Display advertisements (free version only)

3. Data Storage

Local Storage Only: All your personal data (devices, search history, statistics) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not upload or store your data on external servers.

Third-Party Services:

• Google Gemini AI: Error code queries are sent to Google's AI service for analysis. These queries contain only the error code and device type, no personal information.
• YouTube API: Used to fetch relevant repair videos.
• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements in the free version. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization.

4. Advertising

The free version of RepairGenie displays advertisements through Google AdMob. You can remove all ads by purchasing RepairGenie Premium.

AdMob may collect: Device advertising ID, IP address, Device information

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

5. In-App Purchases

Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All transactions are handled securely by the respective platform.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• When required by law
• To protect our rights or safety
• With service providers who assist in app operation (under strict confidentiality)

7. Children's Privacy

RepairGenie is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

• Local data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data
• You can delete all data anytime from device settings

9. Your Rights

• Access your data (stored locally on your device)
• Delete your data (uninstall app or clear data)
